Mount Belukha is one of the main symbols of Altai. This is the highest point of the Altai Mountains (4506 meters), crowned by the Katunsky ridge. Since 1978 it has been a UNESCO natural monument. At the foot of the mountain there is a rich world of wild plants, reflecting the diversity and generosity of the Altai terroir, and water flows born near the Belukha glaciers form a special type of Altai rivers. Inspired by the beauty and scale of the Katunsky Ridge and Mount Belukha crowning it, we created vodka from 100% local ingredients.

Only natural ingredients are used in the composition of Evening Altai vodka:
Natural malt alcohol "Alpha" from 4 grain crops-wheat, rye, millet and barley;
Thawed natural water mixed with artesian;
Expertly selected Altai wild plants-badan and thyme - are the hallmark of Altai's rich flora
A proprietary infusion of green malt that balances all ingredients and softens the taste as much as possible.6 rest days in finishing vats to balance ingredients

Taste: soft, delicately scalding and fast passing with grain accents;
Smell: light, grainy with malt notes;
The aftertaste: pleasant malty and subtle herbaceous notes of thyme and badan ;
The grain profile is the main organoleptic characteristic of malt spitre. In the production of natural malt alcohol, malt milk is responsible for fermentation, which always gives its bright grain taste to the finished product.
